Job Role: Senior Architect 

Reporting To: Head Project Lead 

Job Location: Andheri east, Mumbai, Maharashtra 

Job Timing: 09:00 am to 6:30 pm (6 days working) – 1st 3rd and 5th Saturday off  Work Experience: – 4 – 10 yrs 

About the Client: We are a leading Architectural & Interior Design Firm located in  Andheri East, Mumbai 

We are seeking a motivated Architect with creative and design skills to join our team.  

The ideal candidate will have to understand Architectural drawings, basic software skills like Autocad, sketchup and basic revit. 

4 to 10 years experience candidate should have knowledge of working drawings , client  management and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• To make design drawings and working drawings as per the Project needs.
• Co-ordination with consultants.
• Team Handling and supervision of multiple projects
• Analytical thinking to resolve design and specific challenges. 
• Ensuring precision in drawings and documentation. 
• Meeting deadlines efficiently
• Excellent client communication.

Minimum Qualifications & Basic Candidate Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present  technical information to both, team and the clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations.
