Job Role: Field Technical Service Engineer – 3D Printer 

Reporting To: Marketing Head (Polymer & Plastics)  

Job Location: New Delhi 

Job Timing: 09:00 am to 6:30 pm (6 days working) 

Work Experience: – 1 to 5yrs 

Key Responsibilities: 

Experienced Service and Installation Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the  Machinery and 3D printing industry. Skilled in troubleshooting, machine maintenance,  Installation and customer support. Adept at working under pressure with strong problem Solving abilities. 

• Responsible for installing and configuring industrial and desktop 3D printers, performing initial Calibration and providing training and technical support 
• Install and configure industrial and desktop 3D printers at customer sites.
• Perform initial calibration and test prints.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. 
• Provide maintenance and repair services for malfunctioning 3D printers.
• Offer remote or on-site technical assistance to resolve issues quickly.
• Train customers on proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 3D printers.
• Develop user manuals or guides for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-installation support.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D printing technologies, software, and materials.
• Understand different 3D printing methods like FDM, SLA, SLS, and DMLS.
• Maintain records of installations, service requests, and resolutions.
• Report recurring issues to the R&D or product development teams. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Diploma or any other relevant diploma
